Unit requirements

I went through the process to custom design a cup only to realize I have to order 20 cups??? I don't need 20 cups. My design was personalized to me.

Thank you for your feedback and intended support. The cost, time and resources required to create one custom cup will cost as much as 10 cups or more which is why we put the minimum number of cups as 20 so that is still affordable and fair in quantity to the customer. However, we have limited custom cups that you can purchase as a unit.

Love the first edition

I have the first edition, and I love it. So, I decide to have the newest edition, but it isn't loud! I was so disappointed about being in my kid's game and won't be able to make noise. I hope I can return it.

The Loud Cup version 2 features a deeper sound compared to the original. This is due to its sturdier build and upgraded materials. The slight difference in tone is completely normal and actually part of the improved design.

New cup needs some work...

First, I will tell you that my old cups are FUN. They are LOUD and obnoxious, which is just what I wanted!

When the new cups came out (sadly, they should have released the prints at the same time because I would have purchased those), I IMMEDIATELY purchased two! The new cups are NOT the old cups. First, they aren't as loud or obnoxious. Second, the lid is missing an air hole, so my water isn't coming out in a steady stream. It's frustrating!

Keep working on it...You'll get it!

Love my cups!!

I am that mom that not only cheers on my son but when he is waiting to get on is cheering his teammates. I proudly blow that horn for every amazing play or win Even coaches from other school ask about my cups and love them. I have the OG version and ready to order a new one.

NEW LIDS NEEDED

Hi,
Like everyone in the reviews. I just recently bought 3 of these cups (3 weeks ago!) & my biggest gripe are the lids, they're awful because they're flimsy, fall off easily, & opened so the drink spills every where! Any way I can get 3 of the new lids please?

We explored every option to create a cost-effective lid for Version 1, but it wasn't feasible due to design limits and high costs, but it was going to be too expensive for customers on a per unit basis. After listening to customer feedback, we decided to redesign the cup entirely, with meaningful improvements and a new lid based from customer feedback. We hope you'll consider trying the new version.
