I love this cup. I am a soccer mom and I use my cup instead of stopping my feet or constantly screaming. I only wish it had a better lid. I can't use the lanyard when it has water in it or it will spill it all over me. So I just carry it in my hand or don't fill it up with water. The ice melts pretty quick too. Drinks don't stay cold for long. But other than that I love it.
We explored every option to create a cost-effective lid for Version 1, but it wasn't feasible due to design limits and high costs, but it was going to be too expensive for customers on a per unit basis. After listening to customer feedback, we decided to redesign the cup entirely, with meaningful improvements and a new lid based from customer feedback. We hope you'll consider trying the new version.
I purchased this a month ago. I did not realize the top was not a solid seal. Now after I purchased it I am getting ads about the new ones with sealed lids. I wish I had known.
