I ordered two cups and only got one. They told me the second cup was on the way it was just the strap and not my other cup

They were the hit of the show! I handed them out at a promotional event for our dealership group, and my booth stayed packed with potential customers the entire time. A must!!! at trade shows and festivals, everyone loved them — they drew attention, started conversations, and kept our sales team busy pitching to new prospects. Highly recommend for any business looking to stand out at events!

So the cups themselves are as advertised, however I have 2 issues that makes me rate it a 2 star.

1. The standard shipping said 5-8 days but it didn’t mention that it was going to take 5 days to process and then ship it, if I knew that I would of just paid for next day shipping since we were taking it for a football game and the cups ended up arriving the day after we left.

2. The kids opening and closing plastic is already loose and when you tilt your cup up to drink the lid drops and closes the top. That happened to 2 of the 4 cups we ordered and it was like that right out of the plastic wrapper.

Aside from those 2 issues the cups are decent and they’re def loud and would be great for outdoor sporting events!

I never received the order that I placed in September!
